And stuff like cutting out sugar DOES make me feel better, but it still requires a lot of effort to get from point A to point B without XYZWQKYSZ getting in the way on the way there. (Kim, floating: “oops, I’m in the time warp again!”).
I have an intricate system of coping rituals that help me function daily, but it’s not about “fixing” the ADHD…(showing Kim following lists and arrows, things saying “remember” and “this way”—>)
